These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Odoo Pilot, including our website, AI workspace, modes, tools, reports, generated outputs, integrations, and related services.
By using Odoo Pilot, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Odoo Pilot
Odoo Pilot is an AI-powered workspace designed to help Odoo partners, agencies, consultants, freelancers, developers, and project teams manage Odoo project delivery.
The platform may include modes such as Presale, Implementation, Module Builder, Website Builder, Pilot Studio, and Ask Odoo.
Odoo Pilot is not an official Odoo product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Odoo S.A.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use Odoo Pilot. If you use Odoo Pilot on behalf of a company, agency, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Keeping your account login details secure
- Managing users and workspace access
- Ensuring information you upload is accurate and lawful
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs before use
- Protecting connected Odoo, GitHub, and third-party system access
- Ensuring your team uses the platform responsibly
You must not share access in a way that violates your plan, security rules, or applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Odoo Pilot to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Access systems without authorization
- Upload harmful, illegal, misleading, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
- Interfere with security, performance, or availability
- Use the service to create malware, exploit systems, or perform harmful automation
- Violate third-party rights, privacy, or intellectual property
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
5. AI-Generated Output
Odoo Pilot may generate reports, estimates, code, mockups, configuration plans, implementation steps, documentation, recommendations, and answers.
AI output may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using them with clients, applying them to systems, deploying code, or making business decisions.
Odoo Pilot does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be fully accurate, complete, secure, compliant, or suitable for your specific project.
6. Odoo Database and Direct Changes
Some features may connect to Odoo environments or assist with system actions.
You are responsible for:
- Connecting only systems you are authorized to access
- Reviewing proposed actions before execution
- Confirming changes only after understanding the impact
- Testing changes before production use
- Maintaining backups and recovery plans
- Ensuring compliance with your client or company policies
Rollback support may be available for supported actions only. Not all actions can be reversed.
7. Module and Code Generation
Module Builder and Website Builder may generate Odoo modules, website code, templates, views, security files, business logic, and related source code.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating all generated code before deployment.
Generated code should be tested in a development or staging environment before production use.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Odoo Pilot may connect with third-party services such as Odoo, GitHub, payment providers, AI providers, hosting services, analytics tools, and communication tools.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Odoo Pilot is not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, pricing changes, or data handling outside our control.
9. Payments, Credits, and Plans
If Odoo Pilot offers paid plans, subscriptions, or credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Credits, usage limits, plan features, and pricing may vary depending on your selected plan. We may update pricing or plan features with notice where required.
You are responsible for all usage under your account.
10. Intellectual Property
Odoo Pilot owns the platform, website, design, software, workflows, branding, and underlying technology.
You retain ownership of your own uploaded project content, requirements, documents, and client materials.
Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use generated outputs for your internal business, client delivery, proposals, and Odoo project work.
You may not copy, resell, duplicate, or create a competing product based on Odoo Pilot’s platform, interface, workflows, or proprietary systems.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties may access confidential information during use of the platform. You agree to protect client data, project files, credentials, and business information.
You should not upload confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Odoo Pilot may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party issues, outages, or technical problems.
13. Disclaimer
Odoo Pilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully accurate, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, testing changes, and making final project decisions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odoo Pilot and [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits, data, revenue, clients, goodwill, or production system issues.
Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the previous [3/6/12] months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
