Credits are consumed when Odoo Pilot performs AI-powered work, such as generating estimates, mockups, implementation plans, database actions, custom modules, website code, or Odoo-focused answers. Credit usage depends on the models, tools, and resources required for each task.
Yes. You can subscribe monthly or yearly. Yearly billing includes a 20% discount compared with paying month by month.
Yes. You can upgrade whenever your team, project workload, or credit usage grows. Any applicable billing adjustment and additional credits will be calculated during the upgrade process.
You can purchase an additional credit pack without changing your current subscription. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for a larger recurring credit allowance, more users, and more workspaces.
Yes. Odoo Pilot uses team billing. The subscription owner manages the plan, invites team members, and shares the available credits across the permitted users and project workspaces.
